hot take: the word “queer” exists as both a slur and an identity, and to say otherwise is erasure of both the struggles that people went through getting harassed/etc by people who called them that, and the struggles and activism that went into people reclaiming the word for themselves. 

it’s called giving other people respect. if they’re uncomfortable with the term, then don’t force them to accept it, but if someone else is using it as an identity, don’t force them out of it. trauma is not an excuse to be an asshole

Angely Gaviria stars as Carmen, a woman who lived in Cartagena before being killed for being in love. When she is transported to our present-day, she has to become accustomed to our high-tech way of life. The trailer gives us a taste of the magic we can expect, but you can be sure that Carmen’s ascension to our time isn’t the only supernatural element in store for us.

Siempre Bruja, which also stars Verónica Orózco and Dylan Fuentes, will hit Netflix next year.

Nynyn exists to give autistic people a space to talk about their special interests. It’s aim is to promote understanding of autistic people in an allistic audience and just for autistic people to have fun!

I (Rachael) am autistic and I am the host and every episode, we will have autistic people come on and talk about themselves and autism and, most importantly, their special interests.
